CHILE TUNA SALAD
1 7 oz. can water packed tuna, drained and flaked 1 4 oz. can chopped green chile 1/2 sweet onion, chopped 1/4 cup green olives, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 avocado, sliced lengthwise Lemon wedges
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve salad on lettuce leaf and garnish with avocado slices and lemon wedges.
